Could you explain this statement and also provide your resources?"

Ras adam wrote: "sure. I was there and only saw 1 white woman settler on the land. There may have been a few others i didnt meet. In terms of how many are planning to migrate there? Ethiopia is a hard ass country. They suffer drought poverty illness etc. I give the pioneers who have held the land for 30 years NUFF respect, I don't see a mass exodus of anyone there anytime soon least of all whites, but If you are willing to live in that condition and tough it out Jah Bless you and respect to you. a"

If it is only one White person moving to Africa to reside (call it any name you want) ahead of the full restitution of equal opportunity to Blacks then I consider that White to be still acting on White Privilege. They may do it, but I will call it as I see it.

It's easy for us to sit back in our comforatble western armchairs and judge, but the reality is this white sister on the land is living a very rough tough life, i don't see any "PRIVILEGE" she was almost killed in a machette attack and di she run back to europe? no she remains home in Itiopia toughing it out strugglin to survive with her rasta brothers and sisters. Jah bless her for relocating to, moving to, returning to, immigrating to, forwarding to Mama Afrika and may Jah guide and protect her. ras a

You do not know what comforts or discomforts some of us have, and many more Blacks get killed at the hands of Whites. Many Blacks are almost killed daily. Many Blacks live under constant White threats.

ras adam said: "this white sister on the land is living a very rough tough life, i don't see any "PRIVILEGE""

Well obviously you don't see it, you are white, remember. We did not send her there. She could have stayed in the West and just support progressive African groups.

ras adam said: "no she remains home in Itiopia toughing it out strugglin to survive with her rasta brothers and sisters."

She chose that ahead of staying and fighting for equal opportunities in the West. Many Blacks would like to repatriate to Africa, many more than those who actually do. They do tough it out, and more will if they had the economic means to return.

I can empathize with the Many Blacks that suffer in and out of Africa, way before I can consider that one white person who was privileged to go there out of order.
